Description: If you like a real hearty wine, the kind you can actually "chew and munch" on, then this is the one for you. Real heft -- not for lightweights. Our Cab is a serious red wine lover's wine -- loads of body, bodacious fruit, port-like flavors and a smooth finish that will leave you begging for more. This wine was made from mature vines with tremendous tender loving care. We’re in our Aude Valley vineyards all year delicately pruning the vines to restrict yield so as to enhance the concentration and flavor of each grape cluster. You can taste the difference that crushing whole berries and using first-run juice makes. Low tannins. Fruity beginning and easy, smooth finish. Won’t fight with your food. Take a look at the plethora of medals and great reviews listed below. Food recommendations: Roasts, ribs, chops, burgers, steaks, meat loaf, pasta dishes like meat lasagna, veal piccata, cholent on Shabbat. Don't drink this wine with fish! Serve at room temperature. Drink now. Mevushal.
