Description: Made from a careful selection of the Tempranillo grape variety from the finest vineyards in the Ribera del Duero and harvested by hand at optimom levels. Our Crianza is characterized by its dark cherry fruit tones and is both clean and brilliant. The aromas show intense mature berry fruit, with spicy new oak touches. On the palate, the wine has an elegant and balanced taste, with well-structured tannins and a lingering finish. Since the wine has not been subjected to any artificial stabilisation or fining processes, it may from a sediment over time. For this reason we recommend that the wine be decanted prior to serving.
