Lauren is a wine entrepreneur and enthusiast focused on sustainable wines. Her wine company, Taproot Wines, is committed to providing a meaningful community wine experience via wine on tap and other sustainable wine options.
Prior to Taproot, she started the website WineOnTap.net to connect industry and non-industry leaders to teach, learn and share ideas to help wine on tap realize its full potential.
She fell in love with wine when working in East Africa, of all places, over the course of five years and lots of South African Pinotage. She now lives in San Francisco.
