WineTable Founder, President, & Chief Operating Officer, Paul Giese has been in the wine business since 2007 where he started as a Wine Advisor turned Sommelier for Incredible Wine and Spirits (rated Denver's Best Wine Store by 5280 Magazine). In 2009 Paul, a licensed educator by the Colorado Department of Education, turned his two passions of education and wine into his own business, Wine With Class LLC, and was certified as a Wine Instructor through the International Wine Guild. Paul has taught 1000’s of people in CO, MN, WY, and FL the joys of wine, and created one of Denver’s most popular wine classes/experiences, Chocolate, Wine, & Cheese, which talks about the joys of wine and food pairing with humor, entertainment, and fun. Many reviews have stated that Paul makes wine more approachable with his teaching style. The 4/4 star rated class is nearing its 100th event in just over two years. In 2010, Paul joined his Entrepreneurial father, Cary, to plan and create WineTable.com which launched in Alpha 1.16.12 and re-launched in the fall of 2012 with a new look and feel that highlights wine and the joys of pairing it with various foods. WineTable.com is the team behind the Windows 8 highlighted App, "My Wine Lists". Together, the website and app, Paul plans to bring a more approachable way for everyone to enjoy wine, especially with food.
